Watchflag like app for Droid ???

Wondering if any one has found a app that functions like Watchflag for the Droid
Watchflag - provides flexible alerts for email and text messages on your Windows Mobile device.

I have many sub-folders in my work Exchange e-mail (all set by rules) and would really like to get notifications when mail has been sent to the sub-folders and not just the main Inbox.

The odd thing for me is I purchased my phone back in November, and it actually was notifying me that mail had been sent to my sub-folders. The about a month ago it just stop, when I talked to Verizon they said it never should have notified me on sub folders.
So I'm looking for a way to get back to where I was

I never received notification for subfolders. I have had my phone since November. I ended up setting my rules as client side instead of server side. This way all mail is delivered to the inbox but when I open outlook the rules kick in
