Way to rebuild the Marketplace database?

I recently went through some interesting times with trying to get the new version of Marketplace working (gave up - went back to previous version)

Even though the Marketplace is working, I suspect that I did something to whatever database android is using to understand what apps I've downloaded and bought.

I'm missing a very large number of apps when viewing the "Downloads" section in the Market app.

Is there some way to have android rebuild this database so it once again knows about all the apps I've downloaded/installed/bought?

**Under Applications -> Manage Applications....I *do* see all the apps in the "Downloaded" tab. So how do I get the Market app to know about all these downloaded apps?

Okay....looks like it may have been as simple as going into Managing apps and selecting Market (under All tab) and deleting cache AND data.

It looks like it's slowly pulling in apps again that weren't being shown before. Looks like I have a BUNCH of updates to do!
