Weak Speaker

I know this issue has probably been brought up before, but i got my Droid X about a week ago, and ive missed almost every call unless my phone is in my hand.

I can barely hear the phone speaker, whether playing music or receiving a text/call.

saying that im comin from a Droid1, i can hardly deal with it.

anybody else with this problem find a solution?
