Weather notification appeared over VZW name????

I was using my phone earlier today and noticed something odd. I pulled down the notification bar and where it normally says Verizon Wireless at the bottom of the notification window there was some simple weather info. I forgot to take a screen shot and cant replicate it.Wish I could find out how to because I liked it. Phone is not rooted.

Had something like this instead of the Verizon Wireless Moniker at the bottom:

Brighton 53° 15% chance <---rain chance

You have a weather app set to give you weather warnings/info.

No this was at the bottom where it says Verizon. Technically it was out of notification area which is odd
