Weather widget/ windshield wiper

Does any one know of any weather apps that have the windshield wiper going across the screen. I had it on my phone but did a factory reset and lost it. Some are saying it's from Beautiful Widgets but I never had that, and I can't find it in my other weather widgets. Thanks for any suggestions!

Does any one know which weather app/widget has the windsheild wiper that goes across the screen? I had it on my phone but did a factory reset and lost it. How would I access that? Still lost...only had phone for a lil over a week...a lot to take in!

You can do it two ways, add a Fancy Widget widget (feels weird to say that but I am going to say it that way as I would assume that is correct) on your desktop. Do this by long pressing an empty spot on your desktop and selecting widgets > Fancy Widget (pick size) . 1x1 through 4x4 some only show weather, some only show clock there are options....get one with weather. Tap the weather icon, and the weather should animate for whatever it is doing now. To get the windshield wipers it needs to be doing some sort of precipitation, so if it is sunny or just cloudy they won't show up. If you press the menu button while the weather screen is up, there are options (clock skin, weather skin, settings... and some others) you can tinker with some of those if you wanted to change the look. Settings is a big one, as there are a lot of options you can set to your liking in there.

If you want to enable it to animate the weather each time you unlock your phone, and not have a widget. Open your app drawer and click Fancy Widgets. Once inside click animation settings. Then enable the unlock animation (windshield wiper I believe is enabled by default, if not check it). Note this menu is the same as the settings menu from the widget, which I explained how to get to above.

I have had a couple drinks tonight, so if my explanations don't make sense, just say so and I will try to clear up the further confusion.

It's Fancy Widgets, been using it for years. You have to enable animations in the app settings.

Sent from my Android device.

BW has animations, but i've yet to see the windshield. I know my stock Sense has it, but I just installed BW and now I'm wondering if its there or not. Hasn't rained in a bit here.

Weather & Toggle Widget by Android Apps

You're talking about Weather & Toggle Widget by Android Apps. It's $2 and then you add their Free Weather Forecast Addon app and you've got it! It is patterned after the extremely popular Sense Clock and Weather widget, Now all Droid owners can have it. This is one of my favorite fun apps! It's what makes Droids cool! Enjoy!
