Web Display: Page vs. Column view??

Does the Droid allow for column display of web pages?

On the Droid I can zoom in but then slide left/right to see all the web page data. On my BB Storm I was able to display a website as a collection of columns, many pages have left, center and right formation, including header and footer. The column view would display the header, left, middle, right and then footer and all I needed to do was scroll down to see the entire site.

From what I have seen, the orientation of the phone determines how you will see web pages--portrait or landscape. I haven't seen the multiple columning that you are describing when using the native browser.
