web image wallpaper question

Does anyone know if it's possible to use a web image as a wallpaper? The image changes constantly, but it is accessed from the same URL and is always the same size. I'm interested in finding a way to put that image, in its most updated form, as the wallpaper image. Maybe there's a widget that does so?

You would have to get a live wallpaper designed to do it for you.

the "web clip widget" accomplishes most of what I was looking for, if anyone had a similar interest.
