Weird market issue

Never seen anything like this before... I go to download an app from the market and where it's supposed to say "download" there's a bar across the top that says "your device is not compatible with this item."

I'm rooted on MIUI 1.9.16.1
could the ROM be the reason it is preventing me from downloading? I've never heard of this happening to anyone else
