I have a Droid 1, it's not rooted or anything else. I have very few apps on it and have not added any new ones recently.
Here's the problem, when listening to streaming audio and the stock music player is open in the background or while listening to the stock music player, calls will not ring through. If I'm listening to streaming audio on Sirius or some other player and the stock player is not open in the background, it's fine.
So a normal person would say "well don't use the stock player". Which would be fine except that there seems to be an issue with the audio jack where if it wiggles just right or I unplug it, the media playback service fires up in the background as does (oddly) Lattitude. It took me a while to figure out what was going on but as long as that media playback service is open in the background, it blocks incoming ringtones. Voice mail and other notifications still work???
Any ideas?
Also, since the audio jack seems to be worn out prett much, is this something I can get a replacement phone for? It's really a pain.
Thanks for any help or ideas.
