Wha's safe to freeze now with ICS?

Anyone know what is safe to freeze now that ICS is here. My phone has been very slow and sluggish since the update. Thinking it's all the new bloatware.

Note that ICS allows you to disable some installed apps even without rooting. You may need to uninstall updates first. You can do this for several of the obvious ones, Let's Golf, Kindle etc.

And I know that its a pain to do but you might wanna do a fresh factory reset cause my d4 was getting really slow and now I have over 40 apps and no lag or extended load time what so ever
