what app is this

This may be a dumb question but im looking for the app they are using in this video were he goes and scrolls thru the apps on the phone. I just think it looks pretty good and be nice instead of scrolling down thru the menu page. Forgive the noob question

make sure you read the reviews on it. its not a widget and you cant change home screens. its a nice concept though.
