what are ths selling points for apex?

I actually went ahead and ripped out some of the memory/cpu settings and tweaks from rubix and applied them into apex. Now its even faster, and I can overclock with stability higher than I ever have before.

What tweaks did you apply and how did you apply them?

I like Apex but it seems sluggish when compared to Liberty. Windows open a bit slower, scrolling though lists seems a bit laggy.

Need to up the max events in the build.prop - compare to rubix

I liked rubix but don't like to have to add back all the blur apps I needed. Liberty Toolbox makes it so easy. The AOSP camera is junk, as is the 2d gallery.

Uh, that's why you get rubix blurry 1.8 - battery life is very nice & so is apex 1.4 (what my gf has).
& here is a pic of my blurry avg use on ext bat @ 40% still. A day +

How do you get your display down to 23% mine never goes below 43%

Just depends how you use your phone. In that instance, I did a lot more calling than anything else, hence, higher % & less the display used. Many roms can get good to great bat life, its more about what you use & how.

For apex 1.4 on my gf's phone, I put revo 1.2 back on - the only thing you have to do is take the themed sys apps out of the zip cuz they are outdated. I just used winrar on my windows machine, but I think astro might also let you delete the apks out without even extracting the zip (& then having to recompile it). NexTheme & others should work the same way I'm assuming.
