For reference my xoom only scores around 1500 ish on the average, so I am very happy with my Razr. I get wind that ICS will make a pretty good performance boost as well since in will have a better capability to handle the Dual Core processors on both the Xoom and Razr.

The xoom only gets 1500 on quadrant?? Sheesh I can pull 1700+ stock on the D2G and 2200 with CM7

I think it has a lot to do with the larger screen resolution, and that quadrant isn't optimized for Honeycomb, or any of the Dual Core processors either, yet.

1st Run- 2558
2nd Run- 2710
3rd Run- 2744

I didn't kill any apps or anything prior to running this, and it wasn't coming off of a fresh restart. Needless to say, I'm pretty pleased. :happy3:

On Quadrant I got between 2300 and 2700. Hit 2790 once. Need to run some other benchmarks real quick. Will update as I get a chance

Vellamo, 947, my device was 3rd from top.

Antutu, 5956, looks tied with G Nex, a lil better than GS2 on the chart. Now I come up under both the GS2 and G Nex on a regular basis.

RL Benchmark, 46.49 I didnt understand what this was at first....seems the lower the better. Just got a 43.97

And of course we all do know benchmarks arent the end all be all, right? lol I never do any anymore until I see posts, threads about it.
