What browser to use to load HTTPS pages?

Some HTTPS sites I try to browse on Browser, Opera, and Dolphin; I don't see it loading the secure site, it reverts to the HTTP site.

Anyway to force this, or is it server-side that is switching it over.

By comparison, HTTPS sites I use on a iPod Touch loads properly.

Same here... xScope for all my browsing needs.
