Can anyone tell me what this icon is on the top left?

maybe a software update indicator. I dont know really. Just my guess.

Its for the app "notification toggle". The recent update to the app turned it on. You can set it to battery temp, percentge, date or transparent. Check the settings in the app.

I was thinking it was the searching for GPS icon. When you first turn your screen on and it pops up, pull down on the notification bar. Out beside that icon, it should say searching for GPS.

I see now that it is the notification toggle. Not sure how I missed that. I didn't expect them to change their icon so drastically. Thanks for all of your help.
