What widget is this?

From what I can gather using my great detective skillz... I belive it is some custom widget that the uploader of the video may have made...
The uploader's youtube name is AndroidHD..
the widget is the Android logo' with an "HD" on it...
follow THIS LINK and you will see that he also runs a video blog which uses the same "AndroidHD" as the widget for its logo
it looks cool... but im guessing its just a link to his blog... or maybe it does nothing but look cool

I bet it is Desktop Visualizer - Android app on AppBrain . Probably has it linked to his website or something, also when making videos it shows up better.
