What's the big deal about the latest update?

4.0.4. I've had that for like 2 months now. Did I miss something?

No difference really. Just that everyone who remained stock finally got it. With it being the first major update, it's a big deal, also since it took so darn long for VZW to send it out

Well if he flashed 4.0.4 two months ago, he may actually be on the unofficial 4.0.4. Make sure your build number is IMM76K.

I'm on 4.0.4 IMM76D, it's Kangarade toro 31, BlackICE custom rom.

To add to this, the big deal is that Verizon took so long to update a Nexus device, which are supposed to have the best OS support in the world of Android. Leave it to VZW to eff the Nexus concept up.
