YEAH!.....I said it. Now let me just say this to those who put the time into to makeing these awesome "look like we have it themes" NICE..... REALLY! Good job ......I will flash it and run them for a while, but how about the real thing? I'm still the coolest Guy who can make my phone look like .....whatever the theme is "posing" as, but com on! Where up to almost the XOOM THEME? But not even a gingerbread rom .....what's happening... I wonder what's coming first a Verizon hacked and romed thunderbolt or a gingerbread rom for the x? What do you think?

Well since we have to wait for an official MOTO release of gingerbread before we can get a custom Rom, chances are about even.

yea the dx is left out simply because it cant really run aosp roms so you have to wait for a leak or official release from moto. dont feel bad dude a lot of other phones are in the same boat

So does everything (except the Xoom) that Motorola has released since the D1 (except possibly the Citrus and I haven't bothered to look into it, to be honest), so that's why. Every ROM is just a theme. Period. So they're not even ROMs, really, but people call them that.

Because I didn't look into the Citrus or because the Droid X has a locked bootloader so it can't run a true ROM because a true ROM has a custom-built kernel, and trying to run one of those an a Droid X will result in it locking up until you either SBF it or send it into Motorola for repair?

Maybe but we are talking x in the x forum.....so back to themes ..to get a way from the d1 orgy..lol.. what is so hard about unlocking the bootloader? the zoom seems like it comes with a key?....in order to get like they say "true roms" is to wait for a custom kernal ...and your saying thy liberty is fake?_

Liberty and all other Droid x or 2 roms are not as comprehensive as roms for other phones. That doesn't make them fake, just not the same. And the xoom was easy to unlock because MOTO made it that way. They however decided to leave is locked out of the basement.
