When app update notifications are cleared

is there some way to get them back?

I accidentally cleared the notifications when there were 2 updates to be installed. I have no idea how to identify which apps they were. Do the notifications come back?

just go into the market..
press the menu button
and choose downloads..
this will list ALL of your downloaded apps and the ones with an update available will say .. Update next to them
