When Purchasing From Best Buy...

How does the manufacturing warranty work? Do you go to VZW to get your replacement phone, or do you have to go to Best Buy? Because I don't see Best Buy supplying you a replacement phone if it has manufacturing problems.

hmmm good question, i would think you would go to Verizon to get it done considering your contract is through them. However, since you did get the contract through Best Buy then maybe you do end up going through them.....better to ask them lol

You have to go back to Best Buy because we have no way to reference an order number that didn't come from us.
