Where are my apps?

I.m a stright noob so bare w me please. i jus rooted and installed ud 9.8 with chvys 1.1 m voltage. i backed up before w titainium back up free edt. non of my apps are there wher and how do i get them back i see them in astro and got sum back through market but there not all there help please or point me to the thread :unsure:

Go into the market hit menu button click downloads an they will be there. Redownload them an you're good to go

i think im missn some thing went into market only thing is downloads and there still not all there only the ones i redownloaded astro titanium and such
