Where are my files???

OK I am trying to locate my pictures using my root explorer app and cannot find them. I just took a picture and named it "testpic" then when into root explorer and did a search for "testpic" and it returns no results. A quick review of my sdcard folder revealed nothing that looks like a picture repository. Anyone know where they are stored on the device (which folder???) Thanks!

The default location on the Droid 3, pictures, taken with the camera, can be found in the folder DCIM, which is located on the "Internal phone storage" (name used by the Droid 3 app "Files"). This location can be changed to the 'External SD Card", with the folder named DCIM by changing the location within the 'Camera'.

1. Start 'Camera'
2. Menu/settings (looks like a gear)
3. At 'Storage Location', select 'SD Card'

Good Luck,
Bob
