Where did my gallery go?

Alright, so I have a rooted Droid using Bugless Beast 1.0. I tried using an application called Vault which hides applications. I accidently clicked gallery and it hid it, but when I went to "restow" it, it would say it did, but when I go to my applications it isnt there? I tried uninstalling Vault to see if it would work but no luck. This happened on BB 7.8 so I tried 1.0 to see if gallery would come back but nothing.

Also one more question, it seems the new BB removed my root. I read this happened to others also. How do I get it back?

Im not sure about the first question bc I dont use Vault but you should still have root if you have BB (BB is a rom that requires your phones root access to run)

Figured it out. Just did a nandroid restore and went back to 7.5. I'm safe here. And what I thought was removed root, was just a weird bug with Busybox. But I found a post addressing it and did a 'chmod' and it fixed it.

Hate to bring up an old thread, but I'm having the same issue.

Installed App Vault, but now I can't unstow apps. If I try, it shows that it's unstowed, but the app doesn't appear back in my tray. If I restart the App Vault, it shows back up in the stowed list. Uninstalling the Vault doesn't help.

The only way I could make it show back up is if I uninstall the app, and then reinstall it, which kills the whole point.
