Where to go from here...

I rooted and updated to Eclipse v3.0 a while back....and since then...ICS and Jellybean are available. I spent some time reading and it seems that to get to JB... I need to get to ICS first. How do I get there? Being a relative "noob", a step-by-step process would be nice.
