Which rom and kernel

I have noticed several updates to roms here lately and wanted to know what everyone is running. I'm running Das Bamf Forever cubed with the stock kernel. I have noticed some lag with 3g and was wondering if I should change kernels.

I'm running BAMF Forever 1.0.7 and stock kernel - considering moving up to the Test 3++ kernel to see if it speeds things up a tad

I'm rocking BAMF SoaB sense 3.6 stock kernel.

I ran BAMF Cubes for a bit but battery drained fast. Then tried BAMF 1.05 and same results. Now using Thunderstick and battery is better than when I was stock. Way better than either version of BAMF. BAMF was cool, but it sucked the battery dry.

Thunderstick comes with an overlook kernel but i left it at 1024 max. Don't feel a need for more speed.

Bummer about Thunderstick was all my apps had to be manually download. Not sure what that's about but i definitely recommend a titanium backup if you install it.
