Whitepages app on rezound

So, hopefully this is the right place for this question... I love using the whitepages app, it shows who's calling if on wifi. When I switched to the rezound, the ringing lock screen doesn't allow the app to show. I tired installing widget locker, but that didn't change the calling screen while phones ringing. Any ideas?
