why cant i install luna as update.zip on sp recovery?

ive been talking to the creator of luna and he has been talking to me about my update. i keep trying to download luna on my phone but when i rename it as "update.zip" with the extensions shown, i power into sp recovery and try to install it, it wont let me because it keeps saying "can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p1 (or /dev/block/mmcblk0) (no such file or directory)
can't mount SDCARD update.zip
installation aborted

know what, scrap that. why cant i install ANYTHING with sp recovery. ive got the files named update.zip and i power into sp and do "allow update" and then click on the zip to install and it says the files cant be mounted because it cant find the file or directory

to be honest, i dont know what else i can do besides rename it update.zip and stuff. somebody please help?
