Why can't I update to 2.3!?

I got my droid 2 in february with 2.2.
Everyone has 2.3 but I never received the update. How do I get it?!

Settings > About Phone > Top option should do the trick

It says software is up to date when its on 2.3

You have the current version of Android OS. The 2.3.20 is the blur version and not the android versiom
