Why do icons in folder reset order

I create a new folder and add my icons; then sometime later the order in which I've placed them has changed. Why? Is there a way to fix this?

They dont reset to alphabetical order like they are in the drawer. Makes no sense to me, but i want my icons in the order in which i choose!

Try App Organizer it allowed me to select the order
