Why wont I get notification on my Droid 2 global

I have the Droid 2 global and I have in my setting on my phone and also in all my apps that I get notified with certain things and I have never gotten one notification. What is wrong?

All I get is notification on txt, call, Voicemail. All my app games I play, like words with friends and hanging. I even checked setting in both games. All is what it should be.
