Wifi/3G

No, my DX isnt activated, Im one of those who wont pay the extra 25 for internet. Anyway is there a way to get free 3g internet or internet of any sort without activating it? And please, only serious answers, I dont want to see posts saying "Go to mcdonald" or "Get wifi at your house". I know these answers but Im looking for others. Any help will be much appreciated. There is no way to get 3g without activating your phone.
The only thing you can get is wifi. And you can't use the phone as a phone with out activating it and being charged for a data plan.
