WiFi Doesn't Work

So I've been using my Razr for about a day, and I still cannot get the WiFi to work. I turn the WiFi on, it scans, but it cannot find any connections. I've tried this in two locations where WiFi locations were available (for sure, b/c I tested the connections with my notebook), but I still cannot get my phone to find the connections.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Have you tried turning your phone off and on?

If that doesn't work, maybe try a hard boot (hold down power button and volume button)

I wish i could be more help, but i haven't experienced difficulty finding a wireless network.
