WIFI no Yahoo???

Hey everyone,
I'm a total Droid virgin came from blackberry. I've now had the phone for a total of a day and a half. Is it normal that I don't receive Yahoo email while WIFI is on and as soon as I turn it off I'll get a yahoo push?

Yes if your using the yahoo setup from the faqs section, you cannot use WIFI with it. They have a way of telling if your using a mobile device or not. I think in the long run of things they really want you to get the yahoo plus for however much it is a year. I have my yahoo come in on the phone but i can never use it to send out anymore. There have been twice i looked in my sent email from my computer and saw 29000 messages that were sent. All the same thing... all to the same person. I am NOT exaggerating the number either.
