Will I lose all my apps?

I am thinking about buying some apps for my droid X, and i was wondering would i lose all my apps and have to re-buy them if i get a new droid x if i have to ship one in? I have to ship my X in because of tech issues (my screen locking up all the time) so when i get a new one refurbished will i have to re-buy all my apps?

You shouldn't. Your apps are tied to your google account. Once you activate and sign in to google, your apps should be there. The same way they show back up when you wipe your phone.

Any app you purchase will show purchased on any Android phone you buy as long as you sign in with your google account, unless the app gets pulled from the market. It's always a good idea to periodically back up your apps as well. Astro file manager has an app backup program built into it.
