Is this a good idea to perform. I just happen to come across this article this morning and wanted to what everyone thinks.

I am not to keen on them calling this a fix, but it is a great idea to do this from time to time. I do it at least once a week on my phone, along with a hard reset by holding the volume down and the power button for 10 seconds.
