I wish the Galaxy Nexus was like HTC phones where you can just lay a skin on it. The only thing i want changed is the cyan blue to be a green (00ff00). Any one know of an app that can do this? maybe i should post this in the google nexus forum and they will think about implementing it in 4.1.0 lol

Well, it's an AOSP ROM, so I doubt they'll put a third party theme changer in it. You'll probably have to wait until someone bakes it into a custom ROM, or learn how to change system images and colors once you root.
