WMV files not opening

How come WMV email attachments won't open.

I believe mp4 is the only supported format. You can try a 3rd party app such as rock player but not sure if it plays wmv

Dez is right. Install Rock Player and then the files will play - or least they do on my Gnex.

vplayer is better as it also plays online feeds and has same controls as mx player where you can swipe up/down for volume/brightness.
