work email

Good evening...
Trying to multi task today and do work as well as figure out my Droid. Just bought it yesterday instead of the iPhone. I seem to like it so far. MY only real issue....is that i cannot hook up my work email to my phone and its driving me insane!!!!
is anyone able to help me with that. It was alot easier on the blackberry because it asked more questions and the droid seems to have more options, so i'm not sure what i'm doing wrong. Should I ask Verizon to hook it up or my IT people who are very weird about doing stuff like this.

most ppl use Exchange by Touchdown/Android which is in the market.

You can setup an Exchange account via the Android Email app.

Give touchdown a try...I use it every day and it is great..there is a 30 day free trial version....
