I did a quick search but I didn't find anything recent...

Anyone know of a decent workout tracking app?

I found work it out, and it seems decent, but I'd prefer something that also links up to online stuff if possible.
 
I'm using Gymbook. Its not free, but its cheap and does the job great.

Tracks reps, sets, weight, max lift, total lift, etc..

They just released BodyFitness. 320 exercises.
Small lil demos on each workout on how to execute.
And since i work out alot, this is great.
Check it out.
