Worth early upgrade from Droid x?

Hey guys,

I have a Droid X and I have had a lot of issues with freezing. Its getting annoying.. I tried out the rezound and I love how smooth it is (in addition to the upgrade in specs).. I'm only eligible for an early upgrade so it will cost me a fee.to upgrade.. is it worth it or should I wait around a couple months.

I'm in the same place your in, I ordered the Rezound Friday. It was a hard choice between this and the Nexus, but with so many data/connection issues I'm hearing about with the Nexus and the fact the Rezound is 100 bucks cheaper I ordered it.

i had the droid x before i got the rezound. it is a huge upgrade in every way but build quality. the htc is not fragile but the droid x is a tank. my business partner and i got droid x's when they just came out, we own a food truck and those things took a licking. but they were so inferior in every other way. so buggy, slow, laggy, freezing like you said. just get a case for the rezound and enjoy it.

I also had the Droid X before getting the galaxy nexus and returned it for the rezound. It is a major difference in speed and much more stable. You won't be disappointed. The stick battery is ok on normal use but if your playing with it a lot you will drain the battery.

I have Droid X1 and RAZR.

The Rezound is worth the upgrade from the DX1. I also tried out the G Nex since 1-5...and wound up exchanging it for the Rezound yesterday. Alot better experience so far. Put it like this...I would go back to my DX1 instead of getting the G Nex for my wants n needs.

I came from the DROID X to the Bionic then the Rezound replaced the Bionic, I must say the Rezound is a solid phone and just as fun to mod as the DROID X was, I played with my X a lot when I had the Bionic, now I barely touch it lol

I love this phone, its all around solid and IMHO better than Nexus, only thing the Nexus has is AOSP ICS and its just too buggy right now for me.
