Wrong forum, but need Outlook Webmail Help for boss.

Once again, wrong forum but I do not post on any other one and I need some quick help.

Here goes:

Boss wants to access webmail.ourcompany.com on his Galaxy S. If I punch in the address on my D1 in any browser it loads it just fine. His phone on stock browser gets a "data connectivity issue" error message when attempting to access the website. Also, touchdown works and syncs up on my D1 but fails on his GS....anyone know why his phone will not load the webmail.ourcompany.com site and how it can be fixed?

Has he tried any other browsers or changing the user agent?

Using an Exchange email client would be generally better. For the Touchdown issue, try the Touchdown Google Group.

is your boss phone is on 2.1 or 2.2 that may be the problem as well

How would 2.1 vs 2.2 make a difference?

If im not mistaken there were some fixes with 2.2
