WTF! Boot screen cycling after PC connection

HELP! Ive had my droid 3 days and Ive had to do a hard reset on it twice already! Every time I connect it to the computer through the micro USB port it will reboot and cycle between the "Droid" and the "Droid Eye"! Ive pulled the battery trying a soft reset and it didnt work I tried entering safe mode through pushing the power button while holding the menu button and it doesnt work.

I get it to hard boot to factory settings by holding X and the power button after i put the batter back in and then once the triangle shows up I hold the vol up button and the camera button to get into the reboot settings. I have to whipe it to factory and then itll reboot fine.

Its not rooted, doesnt have ANY performance improving apps or anything! I LOVE the Droid but this is BULL****!

Thanks, I read through it and did a 3rd Hard reset and removed "profiles" and a couple other random apps and it seems to be working.....
