X vs Incredible

Hi,

I'm looking at getting a Droid - but am not sure what the primary differences between the Incredible and soon-to-be-released X are. Or why one would be better than the other. Anyone have any thoughts?

And the Droid X will come with a 16 gig memory card at the same price as the incredible without one...
