X2 stuck in safe mode

I've turned it off and on, removed the battery and just completed hard reset. Phone is still stuck in safe mode...help?

Well, have you tried removing the battery and they put it back on. Once done try restarting your device over the safe mode by pressing and holding the power+volume up button. See if that helps you !
