Yahoo email sound notification?

Hello all. I seem to be having a problem with activating a sound notification when I have an email sent through Yahoo. My phone vibrates when I have a new email but does not make a sound. However, when I receive an email through gmail, the phone vibrates and makes a sound notification. Is there a way to make my Droid 2 to make a sound when I receive an email through Yahoo? I feel like there is a simple answer, yet I can't figure it out. Thanks for any and all help.

can u check if the ringtone is on silent mode.

Thanks for replying. My phones not on silent mode. It makes sounds when I receive calls, texts, gmail. Just not when I get yahoo mail. I can't figure it out. Thanks for your help.

sorry what I meant was in ur yahoo email settings, if the ring tone is on silent. I rechecked my yahoo just now to be sure.
open yahoo email, then menu bar, email settings

I've checked the Yahoo email settings. I have the notification sounds (use sound and vibrate when email arrives) checked. Still nothing.
