Yesterday Droid starting resetting itself randomly and is still doing it today.

I have had no problems with my Droid up until yesterday. It turns itself off and then reboots. I have done a few battery pulls since then but it keeps doing it. Is there any way to diagnose this problem? Remove certain apps, etc.?

are you rooted or unrooted. What apps do you have installed.

I had the same problem back in December. You can follow these instructions to turn your phone on in safe mode and try uninstalling some of your most recently installed apps. Mine was an antivirus app. Once you uninstall restart like normal and see if it fixed it. If not trial and error will be your friend for a bit. Hope you get your problem worked out.

Is there a way to just wipe the phone BUT keep all the apps, contacts, etc.?
