About ready to take a brick to this phone. Nothing but trouble. Updated to 2.3.3 (like everyone else). Now I can't install non-market apps. Before you jump the gun, yes I have the settings set to allow me to install non-market apps. I can't hit the Install button when reviewing permissions, though. I can cancel the install or do anything else, but no matter what I do, pressing Install does not register and the application will not install.

FIXED! Solution:

Shut off your phone. Yank out the battery for ~30 seconds. Recommend battery.

Slide open keyboard. Hold the X button, turn the phone back on, keep holding the X button until the yellow exclamation point appears.
Close phone. Hold both volume keys. Use the right D-pad arrow (it's down on this screen) and choose the cache partition option.
Hit enter.
Wait.
Choose reboot phone now when it's done.

Disregard that, it magically stopped working again and the above solution did not work.
