You Tube issue

I have a problem with You Tube, something is screwy.

I get a message just about daily from the phone, saying I need to confirm my you tube password, the actual button to confirm the action says "remove account" I hit cancel and it goes away for maybe a day, it always comes back.

Does anyone else know about this and how I can remove it?

Thanks for the reply, but I am having no problems at all with watching, or uploading videos, I just get this message about once a day. If I put in the password, looks like I am going to remove the account.
