"Your Location is Temporarily Unavailable"

Anyone else constantly get this error when using the Google maps app? It doesn't matter what network I'm in (San Francisco, Sacramento, Lake Tahoe), I still frequently get this message (upwards of 30-50% of the time).
Perhaps more strange, I can use the Yelp "Nearby" GPS-assisted feature without issue.

Any ideas?
