Z4 not working on .596???

So I have my buds phone and I tried to root it with Z4 and no dice? I browsed around and see a few others say the same thing?

So my question is, is there a one-click root, or do I have to do it manually? If I even can, that is.


My objective is to root, bootstrap, then re-rom and all that jazz, any help would be greatly appreciated!!

No, you cannot root the OTA. You have to sbf back to Froyo, root, then install the 2 part rooted TBH .596 files
